Naturepedic’s Organic Cotton Mattresses for Your Little Ones

Looking for the right mattress for your baby?  You do not have to look for other brands.  A Naturepedic mattress is the right kind of mattress for your baby.  Unlike other mattress brands, it does not use materials such as polyurethane foam, vinyl or PVC.  Its mattress is made from organic and chemical-free materials.  The chemical components of a mattress, such as fire retardants and plasticizers cause health problems on children.  That is why it is recommended to use an organic crib mattress to avoid exposing your kids to these harmful chemicals.  Aside from that, organic crib mattresses that use organic fiber are certified by the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS).

The company has a lot of designs and styles of their mattresses.  One of which is its Quilted Organic Cotton Deluxe Mattress.  It has a heavy-duty innerspring for a long lasting support.  It also has heavy-duty border rods for a strong side and an edge support.  It comes in standard twin and full sizes.  It does not contain wool or latex that causes of allergies.

Another type of product is the No-compromise Classic 150 Crib Mattress.  Since it says, “No-compromise,” your baby’s health and safety is assured.  It has an easy-to-clean 100% polyethylene food grade waterproof surface.  In addition, it has a dust mite barrier cover to protect the mattress.  Since it is made of organic cotton, it does not burst into flames and does not release deadly fumes when it is ignited, unlike the polyurethane foam.

Aside from mattresses, the company also makes an organic changing pad cover.  Also made from 100% cotton, it has a fitted design that secures the changing pad.  It is available for 4-sided and 2-sided changing pad.

Naturepedic indeed is the brand of choice when it comes to organic and natural products.  As a parent, it is best and safe to give your kids products that do not have toxic materials and are chemical-free.  Patronizing natural products that do not release harmful chemicals are not only safe for kids but for the environment as well.
